We Have an Architectural Review process
In an effort to maintain our property values, and in keeping with the covenants deeded to our properties, the Hillcreek H.O.A. has developed an architectural review process. This board, namely the Hillcreek Residential Review Committee, will address issues within our community related to maintenance, improvements, and general upkeep of our homes and property. If you are planning to make changes to your home or property, or are considering adding a shed, a fence, or adding/altering any other structure or the appearance of your home, please contact hillcreekirmosc@gmail.com
Pet Courtesy Reminder
In an effort to keep Hillcreek looking its best, and making your neighbors happy, please follow these tips regarding pets.
- While outside, your pet should be in a fenced area, or leashed. Irmo has a leash ordinance, and they don't mind enforcing it if a neighbor complains.
- There should be a designated area on your property for your pet's "business". Please don't allow your pet to use a neighbor's lawn.
- During walks in our community, please clean up after your pet.
- Thanks for your cooperation.
Neighborhood Watch
In case you haven't heard, we have a Neighborhood Watch program. If you choose to participate in the voluntary program, we have Hillcreek vehicle decals for each vehicle in your household, which the Irmo Police Department will recognize. This will allow patrols to identify suspicious vehicles more easily in our community. Theft prevention techniques were also distributed as part of this program; if you have not received them, please drop us an email.
We are Sub-Contracting our Common-Area Maintenance
We have hired our neighbor, Walt Smith of Whole 9 Yards to maintain our entrance common areas. Please help to keep Hillcreek looking great, and operating efficiently. Pay your $50 annual dues! Your participation will go a long way to maintain our terrific appearance!
